The broker Eric reach out to me quickly after I submit a estimate. Pick up date is 3 days later than the first pick up date, but broker worked hard to get me a driver before my absolute last day, and took $100 off. Driver from Bill Arnold Trucking Inc is extremely nice, and very flexible on delivery date to fit my schedule. Overall it's a pretty good experience.
