I so very pleased I chose Shipacardirect for the transport of my 4 Runner to San Antonio, Texas from Alexandria, VA. I contacted various transport companies for quotes. Though Shipacardirect was not the least expensive, nor was it the most expensive, the customer service I received from David, after my first conversation was the deciding factor for choosing your company. David patiently explained the shipping process, even providing information how flexibility regarding delivery date can save money. Several other brokers tried their darnest to under bid, but I felt comfortable with my selection. Every time I had a question, David quickly responded either by phone if I called, or email if my question was via email.

The pickup and delivery was within the expected time frame I wanted (pick up Wednesday afternoon-delivered Saturday afternoon), so all worked out great. The carrier, Paper Impex USA Inc, excellent. Mr. Surkhon, the carrier driver, reassured me my vehicle would arrive safety and it did.

My grandson accepted the vehicle in San Antonio texting me, “Awesome Grandma, no damage, she looks good, and the truck driver was very nice.”

Would I use your company again, yes!
