When placed the oder: Door to door pick-up and delivery. When pick-up: by the door: wonderful When delivery: Not as promised: I had to pick-up at assigned location 211 E Lake St, Addison, IL 60101 (per Paul at Eagle Auto Transport Company) We paid $925.00 for full services as agreement, but it was not smooth as we expected at Chicago!
