The booking process was quick and easy, and the price was fair. My only complaint is that I was told that I would have a day or two notice before pick-up, but I got a call from the driver telling me that he would be picking up my car in 30 minutes. I was not prepared, and had to scramble to be ready. Other than that minor glitch, all went well.
