With all honesty, I was a bit frightened by some of the negative reviews that I had read online with regards to brokers in general and transportation companies in particular. I took a leap of faith and decided to trust Ship A Car Direct with handling my car, which is a 2013 Toyota Camry. My broker was Bruce, and he was honest and up-front about every single detail from the start! I needed my Camry shipped on July 26th and it was indeed picked up on the 26th by a tow-truck and was subsequently shipped to California by an open-carrier within 6-days, which was exactly what I wanted! Some of you might find out that the brokers do not answer their phones immediately, but rest assure that if you leave them a voice message, they will return to you as soon as they can and I have witnessed that firsthand with Bruce!! The process is tedious but I would definitely trust and recommend Ship A Car Direct and Bruce to anyone I truly care about. I have never submitted a review before, but after reading some of the negative reviews, I decided that it was my duty to step-in and review the service I have received with utmost integrity. Also, when the car was picked up there was a yellow piece of paper, in which any damage on the vehicle is reported on, so that later on when the car is received, the owner of the vehicle can make sure that there is a documented protecting to his/her vehicle.
