I used this service to transport my car from Maryland to California. The agent was direct and knowledgeable. I didn't feel that he was trying to 'up sell' me. I was able to book and have my order accepted very quickly, in a matter of hours (n.b. I don't know what the standard is for this). The shippers/transporters were very good about providing an estimated time of arrival and called with an update, in enough time that I could arrange to be present. The car arrived rather quickly, less than four days cross country. The same transporters/shippers delivered the car. We found a location to deliver the car that was convenient and safe. They were careful in bringing the car down. The car was as I had packed/shipped it.
I was very happy with the service and the price!
