Every point of contact with Karen was superb. She took me through the process and was in constant communication throughout- -nothing was left to the imagination. Expectations were set and delivered flawlessly (on time, undamaged and not a single dime more). If I plan on transporting my car again, I would only call Karen and ShipACarDirect!
