I have shipped cars for years. I have worked with owner operator and with brokers. Jay as a broker is fantastic. He not only does what he says and says what he does, but he has a working knowledge of the people who will be boots on the ground doing the shipping. If all brokers were like Jay the world would be a better place. I appreciate you taking such good care or our car. Scott
