Two months ahead of time, I scheduled moving a car from NY to CA with another broker. I was assured of the date of pick up which was to be one week before we wanted it in CA. The date came and went, and all the while, the broker would not answer his phone. Then I got a call out of the blue from a car carrier company that they would pick up the car 2 days after the expected date on a Friday. No call that morning verifying the 2 hour window they gave me, and the window passed. They wouldn't answer their phones either. Nor would the broker. I couldn't go out of town that weekend because I didn't know if they were just going to show up. The broker finally answered his phone on Monday afternoon and advised that the truck broke down! (That would have been helpful to know.) But he had another company who would move the car so I needed to sit tight. Well needless to say, he never came through which is when I started calling other brokers. Thankfully Josh came to my rescue and lined up another car carrier and got the car to CA. I wish I had dealt with him first so it could have gotten there on time. It was nice to have HIM calling ME to confirm the arrangements and then even on the follow through after it was delivered. He had explained how the whole process worked (which I appreciated) and got the car where it needed to be. I would totally use him again and recommend him highly.
