It took a few try's to get the vehicle scheduled and that was okay as I was not in a hurry. The driver communication was a bit clunky but in the end Joe -the driver- was with in 2/3 hours of the pick up time and 2/3 hours of the drop off time. He was very nice, has a 'nice' rig and was careful with the vehicle during loading and unloading. His concern for the vehicle condition at time of pick up was quite refreshing. Will use again and recommend as well.
