I had requested enclosed shipping and was quoted $380 extra for that service. I was ok with that for the distance the car was going to travel. Everything then started out fine - a driver was found relatively quick, however I waited and waited and waited (4 days total) for the car to actually be picked up. Until the driver completely cancelled on me. So a whole week was wasted and then another driver had to be assigned. The car finally was picked up after two weeks... The car arrives safe and sound (just dirty), but then I find out the car came on an open carrier the entire way! It was supposed to only do the last 20 miles on an open carrier to get to my location off of the main route. And then they refuse to refund me the extra money that was paid for the enclosed service I never got. They said all the money they got from me went to tolls and insurance so they aren't able to refund me - BS. Total bait and switch. Find someone else to do your shipping.
