My experience was doing the Christmas holidays and even though I had to wait 9 days for delivery, I was able to get someone to come and pick up my vehicle the day before Christmas. I wished it could have arrived sooner but I understood the driver wanted to spend News Years with his family. The customer service was excellent and I would use this service again if needed or recommend them to others.
