lying about the date to pick up my car

Salesperson Kassaundra Catlin contacted me repeatedly around 5/9/18 to pursuadd me to do business with her company by promised me that they already has driver at Spokane WA ready to pick up my car on 5/12/18, so I signed contract with her on 5/9/18. But on the date of 5/12/18, no drivers showed up nor any phone calls from them. I left voice messages to them to call me back regarding to the status; but they never return my phone calls, text or emails. I checked on their website regarding to my status, the record indicated that 1st pick up date was set on 5/14/18, Est. load date was set on 5/15/18, Est. delivery date was set on 5/25/18. But nobody ever call or come to pick up my car?! they never contact me to explain why they didn't keep the promise dates?!seems like they just filled in the blanks with any dates so I can't call other companies, but have to just waiting around wasting my times! They also tried to took my money from my checking account $100 on 5/15/18 for something they didn't even do nor its in my contract. I had to reported this fraudulent activity to my financial institution. please be aware, do not do business with this company.

I am responding to Complaint ID# 100109672. We take all complaints very seriously and have reviewed the order that was taken. The carrier we had assigned was scheduled for pick up on the 15th and delivering the 25th, there 1st avail date was on the 9th as they requested and with in days we had a carrier dispatched on the 05/14/2018 at 9.40am , When calling them to let know the great news the customer was unreachable and we had to cancel the truck . In our contract we send out , we have the customer review it and go over before signing off on , it clearly states we have 10 business days to assign a carrier. We had made many attempts to reach the customer via (text, phone, email ) on different dates and did not receive a response. So at that time we had cancel the order, and waited to hear back from customer . We would love to transport the car and give them 5 star service and like we give so many other happy customers . Unfortunately we were unable to reach them - We try very hard to accommodate our customers, and would like to continue to do so if the opportunity should present itself. Unfortunately at this time considering the circumstances we have placed a one-time fee of $100 for Cancellation and non-response from the customer.
