I just relocated from San Jose, Ca to GA- so I did some researches all the companies and put my contact on broker website. I could tell you that was the worst idea ever ( do not ever do that)- you should know how much hassle I had to go to with all the cold calls. However, that how I was able to talk to Matt from AT123 (ext 512). The service review has put me under a lot of doubts about this company but talking to Matt, give me the chill- I could see his passion and trustful in his words that trying to help me out, not smooth talk to make the deal- and decided to give a shot for my Lexus. I didn't like the first driver ( unprofessional language) and complained- the company reacted immediately that sent me an apology email and another driver. I got my car sooner than I expected (1 week)- the car in good condition, still the same driver that I choose, no additional charge. Thank Matt and AT123 support team. I glad I put the low review record aside and it paid off.
