Great Customer Service

The process to get everything set up was seamless. The customer service rep, Michael, was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the whole process. The problem relied on the company that they contracted for the job, Smooth Auto Transport, Inc. This company was a day late in picking up my vehicle in California. Upon delivery in North Carolina, the driver didn't have my key. They supposedly gave it to the previous customer accidentally, who was holding the key for a $400 ransom. I believe the driver simply lost the key but lacked honesty. This delayed my delivery by a whole day. The driver had replacement key cut and programmed for my vehicle. This showed unreliability and never should have happened in the first place. Auto Transport 123 would have received a higher rating for their customer service. But because of the company that they contracted for the job, who also has a 1 star rating on this site, this overall rating is mediocre.
