I was very happy with the service of AmeriFreight. Especially because of Jen Sylvester. She was totally upfront and honest about the whole shipping process and how the industry operates. Not once did she never try to ever hard sell me on anything. Her honesty and down to earth personality is what made me stay with AmeriFreight. Even when I asked about specific competitor prices, she didn't try to BS me with anything. Looking for shipping companies is an extreme headache and always seems like a gamble. She made the decision very easy. Amerifreight needs employees just like her.
