Right from the start, I felt comfortable talking with Amanda. We had had a bad experience with another broker. They took our money and did not follow up for months. Amanda took the time to explain to me how their company worked, and was honest about letting me know it may take a few weeks. But not longer than that. By the following week, she already had a vendor to pick our car up. she was patient, she was kind, and she was great about following up. I would definitely recommend Amanda Pike to anyone who is looking for a good customer service experience.
