I am so grateful to Baylee at AmeriFreight that she handled all of the stress of working with the car transport company for me. There were several hiccups along the way involving pickup and drop off dates and times, with the driver being inconsistent and unreliable to communicate with. Baylee stayed on top of the situation herself, tracking down the carrier and pinning down details that I needed. Instead of me having to call around and stress myself out, Baylee did that for me, following up and following through until all the details were pinned down and sorted. She made sure there were no surprises and that my rate was locked in and secure. In addition to being so helpful, she was also kind and personable. Highly recommend working with Baylee if using AmeriFreight!
