Everything went flawlessly besides some minor lack of communication with the actual carrier. I was expecting a much higher price than initially quoted so that portion was not a surprise. I had done my research and knew what to expect to pay for a cross country ship. It was a couple hundred more than I expected but was willing to pay for quality service that I expected from reviews. My Jeep Wrangler was shipped from CA to FL with no damage and in a very timely manner. My only complaint was the carriers lack of communication. I was told that the vehicle would be picked up either Thursday or Friday. I didn't hear anything until about 9 p.m. on Friday saying that he would be there in about 20 minutes. The jeep was picked up. I was informed on Monday that the jeep would be at the destination on Wednesday. Got a call at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday saying the jeep would be there in a few minutes. There was supposed to be an hour notice prior to arrival. The only reason this was an issue for me was that I was out of town during the entire process and had to coordinate for someone to be there. Regardless, the jeep was shipped promply and without damage for a fair price. That's all I could have asked for! Thanks for the quality service and any communication with Amerifreight themselves was great. Would do business again.
