My complaint is that it took about 2 weeks after we wanted our car transported that our car was actually "picked-up" by a transport company. And it was $300 more than what Amerifreight quoted us. It was aggravating that we kept having to wait with little communication from the company.

That being said, once the car was vetted out to the actual transport company. They were great. They picked up the car promptly and delivered it exactly when they said they would. They did want me to meet them right off the highway (I believe to make it easier for them) but I fought that a bit and they brought the truck to about 1/4 mile of my house (in a large parking lot). The car was in great condition.
