I had a good experience with my 1st Class Auto Transportation representative, Allen. An area of improvement in my opinion is having the carriers (the folks driving the car to its destination) communicate via phone calls as opposed to texts. Overall, the car arrived to its destination safely. Would recommend working with 1st Class Auto.
